Karole Hart entered the real estate world in 1993. Since that time, Karole has held various roles. She began as a loan officer for a builder and then transitioned over to real estate, where she became a transaction coordinator for a large team with Keller Williams. As the role expanded, Karole became the team manager, marketing director, closing manager, and managed web development. The more Karole became a part of the Keller Williams family, she realized her love for training. Karole became the Director of Agent Growth Development for Keller Williams Atlantic

Partners in May 2014. During this time, Karole was in charge of onboarding all new agents, facilitating, training KW technology, and assisting with overall day to day operations of the market center. Her strong corporate background, experience at Keller Williams, customer service and training knowledge have allowed Karole the opportunity to open her own business and do what she does best; GET TRANSACTIONS CLOSED.
